Sitting down for hours on end is no good for anyone’s posture, it creates a range of back and neck problems and even the most careful person can find it difficult to avoid.

We all know that sitting hunched on a chair isn’t any good, but a lot of us don’t really seem to know how to avoid it. Many of us find that even when sitting on a well built chair, we tend to hunch forward to be closer to the computer screen, which can increase the strain on the back by 3-4 times and cause more wear and tear on essential muscles. But, there are simple ways to avoid a bad back and create a more comfortable way of being seated.
